Our services
Nest Box facilitates supportive conversations. It is not emergency care, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional diagnosis. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Bookings and payments
Availability, pricing, and payment terms are presented before you complete a booking through our scheduling partner. You agree to provide accurate booking information and to pay applicable fees.
Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation and refund eligibility are shown during booking and may depend on notice provided and the service selected. Contact support if you need help with a booking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nest Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect people, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
